OUR STRENGTH
The Investor does not require any form of upfront payment nor syndication charges as all fees shall be deducted from the fund arranged by the Investor for the intermediaries.
In a country where security is relatively unstable, the project owner shall arrange for security during the visit of the Investor and his team. All our terms are to be strictly followed as would be discussed and all required set of documents are to be completed and submitted for the Investor’s perusal and approval.
The minimum amount for investment is US 500million and maximum of US 50billion dollars.
Types of Project: The Investor accepts any viable project that will lead to job creation, infrastructural development, e.g., Oil and gas refineries, airports, seaports, institutions, commercial real estate etc. This will either be a venture capital or Joint Venture Project.
Submission of required documents, viz:

1. Letter of Intent, briefly stating the intention/s of the project owner. Project executive summary with cash flow table, including the time required for completion if the project is an infrastructural development.
2. If it is non-completed or acquisition, The Investor shall be duly inform of the Market Value of the project and the equity worth of the project by the owner.
3. Sample photos of the proposed project if gotten.
4. Sovereign Guarantee or comfort letter indicating that government of the day has approved of such project to take place in a particular country/Land.
5. Corporations certificate of business registration.
6. Compulsory Proof of fund, from any of the top 25 European banks (e.g. of POF) Bank Guarantee, Certificate of deposit, Standby Letter of credit, Safe Keeping Receipt etc. indicating that the project owner has ten percent (10%) of the required investment fund. The POF is will remain on administrative reserved/blocked for 12months period. Upon verification of POF and approval of the project along side with signing of the Investment agreement, The project owner shall immediately forward to the Investor within seven (7) working days along side with documents to be filled and submitted details on his planned trip for the Investor and his team to the host country of the project and afterwards the Investor shall proceed to arrange Investment fund for the project within 45-90 working days.
7. At the end of the 12 months period, the project owner shall be free to unblock his fund and proceed to do whatever he pleases with it, but the Investor shall remain in business with him/her.
